ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced a collaboration with the popular anime series Evangelion, featuring EVA-02 and Asuka. This collaboration brings premium ROG components and peripherals in the iconic red and orange colorway of EVA-02, along with custom Evangelion-themed decals and graphics. The lineup includes a ROG Maximus motherboard, ROG Strix GeForce RTX graphics card, ROG Ryujin AIO cooler, ROG Hyperion gaming case, graphics card holder, peripherals, and other gear.
ROG Maximus Z790 Hero EVA-02 Edition motherboard
The special edition ROG Maximus Z790 Hero motherboard features EVA-02's signature red and orange theme with hints of green. The backplate design showcases EVA-02 Beast Mode and Evangelion patterns, highlighting the motherboard's power and control. It is compatible with 13th Gen Intel Core processors and DDR5 memory kits. The CPU socket is surrounded by an A.T. Field design and the I/O cover features Polymo lighting that switches between Asuka and regular EVA-02.
